• Innovation:

It is one of our aims to deliver higher standards. We constantly search for innovative and creative solutions. We keep pace with the new developments in technology. Delia Group is the first and only company in Albania to use Cold Recycling (base and sub-base stabilisation) for the construction of roads.  Our company in joint venture with the German company Wirtgen Group has run all the geological tests of the composition of the road layers in Kosovo and Albania. We have successfully applied this technology in one of the streets of Tirana. A workshop explaining the new technology was well received by leaders and investors in the country. Cold recycling would not only increase the standards of road infrastructure but it would also be a relief for the national budget of the government as it would enable us to achieve more with relatively less expenditure.
In addition Delia Group is the only company in Albania and Kosovo that has the technology to produce Polymer Bitumen. Polymer Bitumen is used to modify the properties of asphalt binder used in paving and it is well known for its attributes. It increases the quality, safety and longevity of the asphalt on the road. The goal remains the same; the introduction of new improved standards on the road infrastructure in the country.

The safety of our employees and of those visiting or living near our sites is of primary importance. We actively support and enforce safety regulations at work and we are committed to continuous improvement of our policies and procedures to protect people. In the 20 years of our existence we have had no employee hospitalized due to work-related accidents.

• Environment:

We care for the environment! In all our projects we try to minimize the negative effects on the environment.
All our vehicles are purchased in alignment with applicable European environmental regulations. Emissions of all the equipments are checked at regular intervals.
